I’m a Plymouth, Michigan based artist working with clay to create functional and sculptural pieces. I draw inspiration from nature and the process of using a potter’s wheel. I love to create pieces that will be used and appreciated in life’s big and small moments.

After taking my first pottery class in 2012, I continued taking classes at community studios and learning as much as possible. First in West Virginia, and then in Michigan. Eventually, I became a Studio Technician and Instructor. In 2020, I started my own community studio in Plymouth, Central Clay Studio.

My main focus now is the running of my community studio, teaching, glaze testing, 3d printing for pottery, making tools, creating new class projects, and making my own work when I have the chance.
